Her professional journey began with IL&FS (2004–2007), followed by roles at Way2Wealth (2007–2008), Nastrac, Singapore (2008–2009), and Emkay Global Financial Services (2009–2013). Her diverse experience across financial services and international business has given her a deep understanding of corporate environments and organizational development.
In 2014, she founded HR-Solutions with a vision to connect organizations with the right trainers and deliver impactful, customized corporate training programs.
Today, she partners with businesses across industries to build leadership, enhance skills, and create high-performing teams.
Beyond her professional journey, Shikha is a loved wife and a proud mother to her two wonderful children.
